Elda Lima Joins the Allergy Free From Show Ambassador Team for 2027
We’re delighted to share some exciting news: Elda Lima, founder of Green Traffic Light®, has been selected to join the Allergy & Free From Show Ambassador Team for 2027.
With more than 12 years of experience in the food industry and a background in Food Engineering, Food Technology & Safety and Biomedical Science, this opportunity is a natural connection to Elda's professional experience and her passion for food awareness, consumer education and wellbeing.
Throughout her career, Elda has worked across a range of roles, including Food Quality Auditor, Laboratory Technician, NPD Technologist and Artwork Controller. Her experience has provided valuable insight into food quality and safety, ingredients, product development, labelling and the importance of accurate product information and transparency.
Today, through Green Traffic Light®, Elda combines this experience with a passion for wellbeing, sustainability and education. Alongside creating wellbeing-focused products, the brand is developing HeroLoom® Educational Programme — an interactive initiative exploring food awareness, understanding labels and ingredients, allergen and free-from awareness, ultra-processed foods, healthy everyday habits, mindset and resilience.
The Allergy & Free From Show brings together consumers, brands, experts and organisations from across the allergy and free-from community. As part of the Ambassador Team, Elda is looking forward to learning from the community, connecting with inspiring people and contributing her own food-industry perspective.
