After years of working in the food industry, ensuring products met the highest standards of safety and quality, I felt inspired to create something of my own — something that combined science, wellbeing, and sustainability in a more meaningful way.

That’s how Green Traffic Light® began.

Founded by Elda, the brand brings together a background in Food Engineering and Biomedical Science with a passion for creating products that support both people and the planet. With experience across roles including Food Quality Auditor, Laboratory Technician, NPD Technologist, and Artwork Controller, quality, precision, and transparency are at the heart of everything we do.

Green Traffic Light® was created with a simple vision:

to apply the same care, structure, and integrity found in food science to everyday wellbeing products.

Today, we create wellbeing-focused products for everyday rituals — including eco-friendly soy wax candles, bath salts, natural and waterless skincare, and a curated range of mindful lifestyle accessories. From aprons and tea towels (100% cotton) to notebooks, planners, mugs, and small thoughtful gifts, each piece is designed to bring intention and balance into daily life.

All our products are thoughtfully made in the UK, with a focus on sustainability, simplicity, and quality.

But our work goes beyond products.

Inspired by our roots in the food sector, we also deliver educational and wellbeing workshops for young people, focused on food, nutrition awareness, and healthy habits. Through interactive sessions, we aim to build knowledge, confidence, and long-term wellbeing — supporting schools, libraries, and community organisations.
